The following sentencing trends are for misdemeanor possession of THC under Wis. Stat. ยง 961.41(3g)(e). The data covers Brown County from the year 2024 through to the middle of 2026. The graphs begin with simple misdemeanor possession of THC with no charge modifiers or enhancers followed by those with the repeater penalty enhancer and concluding with displaying graphs for possession of THC as a second or subsequent offense, which is a Class I felony. Each variable is controlled as best as possible. For example, bottom two sets of graphs separate the repeater penalty enhancer and the second or subsequent offense modifier.
